Jouw rol

Retail Solutions zoekt een scherpe, proactieve Product Owner voor PMT, ons SaaS-platform dat planning en operationele processen van grote retailorganisaties soepel laat verlopen. Retailers vertrouwen er dagelijks op, dus nauwkeurigheid, betrouwbaarheid en voorspelbaarheid zijn essentieel.

Wat je gaat doen

Als Product Owner ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen productrichting en dagelijkse ontwikkeling. Jij zorgt voor focus, context en duidelijke keuzes in wat we bouwen. Je bepaalt samen met de Product Manager de productrichting en zorgt voor heldere focus en context in wat er gebouwd wordt.

  • Je maakt roadmap-onderdelen concreet en vertaalt epics naar duidelijke user stories met acceptatiecriteria, gebruikersflows en heldere scope.
  • Je prioriteert en onderhoudt de backlog, met oog voor klantwaarde, afhankelijkheden, kwaliteit en technische haalbaarheid.
  • Je begeleidt refinement, planning en reviews, zodat het team met ritme en focus kan leveren.
  • Je maakt samen met developers afwegingen over performance, onderhoudbaarheid, datakwaliteit en technische enablers.
  • Je valideert roadmap-items bij klantgerichte teams en bij klanten.
  • Je werkt samen met design aan end-to-end gebruikerservaringen die kloppen in de praktijk van winkeloperaties.
  • Je volgt ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving rond planning, arbeidstijden en winkeloperaties en vertaalt deze naar productaanpassingen samen met het team.
  • Je houdt voortgang en verwachtingen helder richting betrokkenen en signaleert knelpunten vroeg.

Wat breng je mee Je bent een Product Owner die energie krijgt van bouwen, samenwerken en keuzes maken. Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert helder en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor wat er gebouwd wordt, zonder het perspectief van gebruiker of team te verliezen.

  • In ieder geval 5 jaar ervaring als Product Owner in een software- of SaaS-omgeving.
  • Ervaring met agile werken in multidisciplinaire teams, bij voorkeur in een internationale context.
  • Je combineert analytisch denken met creativiteit en weet anderen mee te nemen in keuzes en richting.
  • Je gaat soepel om met complexe materie en weet die te vertalen naar werkbare oplossingen die je helder kunt overbrengen.
  • Je kunt goed schakelen met developers over technische keuzes en trade-offs.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Affiniteit met retail is een pre, net als ervaring met bedrijfskritische systemen.

Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written, is preferred for this role.
