Reporting to the Operations Manager – Parts & Accessories, you'll work across supplier liaison, order management, reporting, stakeholder communication and problem-solving.

You'll work closely with After Sales, Customer Service, suppliers and dealer networks to resolve supply issues, manage back orders, maintain accurate product information and support efficient delivery.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll need to manage multiple priorities, maintain excellent attention to detail and build strong relationships across the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date parts and accessories information across internal systems and dealer platforms.
  • Supporting new vehicle launches by ensuring parts and accessories are available and ready.
  • Managing inbound enquiries from dealers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, providing timely advice and support.
  • Monitoring and proactively resolving back orders, supply delays and product issues with suppliers.
  • Processing OE parts orders to meet forecast demand.
  • Producing operational reports and performance data to support business decisions.
  • Processing dealer, internal and staff parts orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitoring goods in, supplier returns and stock movements.
  • Supporting customer escalations relating to parts and accessories alongside the Customer Service team.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, dealers and internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent service.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within the automotive industry, ideally with a manufacturer, importer or franchised dealership.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to work with internal teams, suppliers and dealers.
  • An analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally within the UK.

What you'll get in return

We believe great people deserve a great experience too.

Our benefits include:

  • £500 annual Health & Wellbeing Allowance to spend on your physical or mental wellbeing.
  • Hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
  • Access to Education Bursaries to support your personal and professional development.
  • Birthday day off plus a birthday voucher.
  • Company pension.
  • Healthcare plan, including private medical and dental support.
  • Annual leave that increases with service, from 22 days up to 30 days.
  • Employee car purchase schemes.

Why ROI?

At ROI, you'll have the opportunity to do meaningful work that makes a visible difference. You'll be trusted to take ownership, supported by experienced colleagues who value collaboration over ego, and encouraged to keep learning as technology continues to transform our industry.

You'll work alongside experienced automotive professionals, building your knowledge across parts, accessories, suppliers, dealer networks and aftersales operations while developing your commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills.

We're building teams that embrace curiosity, adaptability and continuous improvement, creating rewarding careers in a business that's helping shape the future of fleet.

If you're looking for a role where you can use your automotive knowledge, develop your analytical skills and play a key role in delivering an excellent service to dealers and customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
