Wie zoeken wij?

Een gedreven en positieve collega die energie brengt in ons revalidatiecentrum. Je weet zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan en resultaatgericht te werken, zonder het grotere plaatje van de revalidatie uit het oog te verliezen. Als echte coach weet je onze patiënten te motiveren en te begeleiden op hun weg naar herstel.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Begeleiden van oefentherapie en individuele behandelingen bij: Locomotorische, sportmedische en neurologische revalidatie Revalidatie bij CVS en fibromyalgie Rugrevalidatie
  • Uitvoeren van klinisch kinesitherapeutisch onderzoek vanuit een holistische benadering.
  • Opstellen, opvolgen, evalueren en rapporteren van oefenschema's.
  • Geven van aquatherapie.
  • Activeren en motiveren: mensen stimuleren tot beweging.
  • Observeren en luisteren: alert zijn op zowel fysieke als mentale achteruitgang.
  • Administratieve taken: aanvullen van het elektronisch patiëntendossier en opstellen van verslagen.
  • Begeleiden en evalueren van stagiaires

Verantwoordelijkheid over het revalidatieprocesAls kinesitherapeut draag jij de verantwoordelijkheid voor het hersteltraject van onze bewoners. Jouw inzet en expertise maken een groot verschil in hun dagelijkse leven.

Flexibel en bereid om in te springenJe bent bereid om in te springen als back-up voor onze ergotherapeut op de revalidatieafdeling, en je voelt je comfortabel in verschillende rollen binnen het zorgteam.

Positief en communicatiefJij ziet de sterktes in bewoners en collega’s en deelt deze graag. Een bemoedigend woord of compliment geeft vaak net dat extra zetje.

Hands-on en praktisch ingesteldJe weet wanneer je prioriteiten moet stellen: soms is een kort praatje met een bewoner belangrijker dan een perfect opgemaakt bed.

Respect en vriendelijkheidVoor jou begint respect al bij het kloppen op de deur voordat je een kamer binnenstapt. Zelfs tijdens drukke momenten vergeet je nooit hoe belangrijk een vriendelijk "goeiemorgen" is om de dag goed te starten.
