The posting

Je fungeert als leerkracht in het leercentrum. Een plek waar kinderen van de lagere school op eigen tempo de aangeboden leerstof verwerken. In het leercentrum komen kinderen van de volledige lagere school samen. Dit zijn kinderen met autisme, neuromusculaire aandoeningen, cerebrale parese en ontwikkelingsstoornissen, waaronder ernstige leerstoornissen.

In overleg met het leerkrachtenteam werk je een pedagogisch aanbod uit op maat van de leerlingen en verzorg je onderwijsleeractiviteiten (met focus op rekenen, taal en spelling) op het niveau van de leerlingen in het leercentrum.

Je stimuleert de cognitieve, motorische, creatieve en sociale ontwikkeling van de leerlingen.

Je ondersteunt de leerlingen bij het implementeren van (leer)hulpmiddelen in overleg met het multidisciplinair team.

Je bewaakt het handelingsplanmatig werken en het werken met de nieuwe minimumdoelen en leerplannen.

Je vervolledigt de nodige administratie (agenda, registers en handelingsplannen).

Je beschikt over de nodige pedagogische vaardigheden zodat je een correct onderwijsaanbod en aanpak op maat voor elk kind kan nastreven.

Je bent een teamspeler en werkt vlot samen binnen je multidisciplinair team, je communiceert vlot, indien nodig met je multidisciplinair team, je collega’s en je leidinggevende.

Je bent flexibel en kan omgaan met veranderende omstandigheden in je dagschema.

Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor de leerlingen van je klas. -

Je werkt kindgericht, creatief en enthousiast in je klas.
