You will take ownership of QA/QC reviews and act as a confident internal and external technical resource — reviewing and redlining design deliverables, cross-checking drawings, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with the multi-disciplinary stakeholders in an employee-owned culture where every individual’s contributions strengthen project outcomes, increase company success, and meaningfully advance the clean-energy transition.

  • Collaborate with the cross-discipline departments, including studies, structural, and civil teams, providing design context and cross-checks without needing to lead their work directly.
  • Partner with discipline leads to maintain design standards and consistency.

Field & Additional Duties

  • Perform field visits, with up to ~10% travel required, to validate designs and build practical, constructable knowledge.
  • Perform essential duties, including meeting deliverables and deadlines.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a similar discipline.
  • 8+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience, specifically in substation design.
  • Extensive, diversified knowledge of substation electrical design across both protection & control (P&C) and physical scopes, including the ability to redline and cross-check P&C and physical drawings for consistency, quality, and constructability.
  • Ability to independently apply advanced engineering principles, develop or improve techniques and processes, and review complete project documents for conformity and quality assurance.
  • Experience owning larger or more complex projects, overseeing a small suite of projects, or supporting portfolio-level execution with responsibility for scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables.
  • Comfort serving as a discipline or team point of contact in client-facing settings, with strong-to-advanced verbal and written communication skills and the judgment to answer technical questions clearly and confidently.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
