ABOUT REVEL

REVEL is an AI robotics company developing physical intelligence for general-purpose humanoid robots. We capture the force, dexterity and intent of human work with our Neural Gambit wearable, and use it to train RAI, the intelligence that powers our robots. Our R&D and engineering facilities are in Prague, Czech Republic.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our CEO, both in and outside the office. You will help prepare visits from investors, partners and customers, and help with the CEO's personal arrangements and day-to-day logistics. No two weeks look the same, so flexibility matters more than routine. You do not need to understand robotics. You do need to be trustworthy, warm and calm under changing plans. This is a full-time role based in Prague, with a flexible schedule.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Support the preparation of visits from investors, partners and customers, ensuring every guest is well looked after and feels welcome.

- Provide attentive, reliable support with the CEO's personal arrangements, errands and everyday logistics.

- Arrange and provide transport for visiting guests, making sure everyone gets where they need to be on time.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant or in a similar role.

- Strong references from previous roles that we can contact.

- Dependable and trustworthy: someone a busy CEO can rely on.

- Discretion with confidential information about the company, investors and private matters.

- Calm and flexible when plans change at short notice.

- Fluent English; Czech is a plus.

- A Class B driving licence and confidence driving in Prague.

- Available full-time on a flexible schedule.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

This is not an office manager or HR role. The running of the office and hiring are handled by other teams. It is also not a part-time or student job. It is a full-time role with real trust and responsibility.
