  • Partner with Product Development and Design to establish product briefs, category priorities, product objectives, timelines, and success measures.
  • Lead merchandising input throughout the Innovation-to-Commercialization (I2C) process, preparing for key stage gates, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring product concepts support the overall category and line strategy.
  • Drive assortment planning and product lifecycle management, including new product introductions, core product management, seasonal offerings, product transitions, and SKU rationalization.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, DTC, eCommerce, and Operations to ensure assortments are optimized by channel and aligned with customer and consumer needs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, actionable line plans, product roadmaps, assortment strategies, and category documentation.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the consumer experience, product portfolio, merchandising processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Develop and deliver compelling category, product, and line presentations for leadership, sales teams, retailers, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather consumer, retailer, sales, and field insights through research, customer interactions, trade events, and field engagement to inform category and product strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure product positioning, storytelling, launch plans, and consumer communications reflect the category strategy and product value proposition.

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing
