Nos destacamos pela atuação diversificada nos segmentos de distribuição de automóveis, caminhões, motocicletas, máquinas e implementos agrícolas, além da indústria de cimento e agropecuária. Temos uma oportunidade para Analista de Controladoria. Buscamos um(a) profissional com sólida capacidade analítica, visão sistêmica e foco em resultados, para atuar na área de Controladoria Administrativa Financeira, contribuindo com análises estratégicas, consolidação de informações e suporte à Diretoria na tomada de decisões.

Principais Atividades:

  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, balanços, balancetes e demais demonstrações contábeis.
  • Analisar indicadores financeiros e operacionais, comparando realizado x orçado x ano anterior.
  • Identificar desvios e apresentar análises às áreas responsáveis, propondo tratativas e melhorias.
  • Gerar informações estratégicas para gestores e para a Diretoria, elaborando apresentações com oportunidades de eficiência.
  • Consolidar demonstrações financeiras e projeções de fluxo de caixa.
  • Realizar conciliações contábeis e financeiras, garantindo a correta classificação dos lançamentos.
  • Participar do planejamento orçamentário, acompanhando lançamentos, corrigindo inconsistências e mantendo o cronograma atualizado junto à Gerência.
  • Projetar cenários financeiros futuros, contribuindo para o planejamento estratégico da empresa.
  • Atender auditorias internas e externas, oferecendo suporte técnico e documental.
  • Garantir o cumprimento de obrigações acessórias, incluindo exigências específicas de montadoras.
  • Elaborar notas explicativas e demais documentos de esclarecimento técnico.
  • Participar da elaboração de press releases e relatórios integrados.
  • Colaborar na implementação e melhoria de sistemas de orçamento e ferramentas de gestão.
  • Realizar apuração de rateios intragrupo e outras rotinas correlatas da área.

Requisitos Necessários:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas afins.
  • Desejável: Pós-graduação em Controladoria, Auditoria ou Finanças (em andamento ou concluída).
  • Informática avançada (especialmente Excel).
  • Conhecimento em Contabilidade intermediária, rotinas financeiras e ferramentas de Business Intelligence (BI).

Desejável:

  • Conhecimento em Governança Corporativa e Compliance.
  • Escrituração Fiscal e Contábil.
  • Rotinas administrativas.
