📌Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • CNH categoria A (definitiva);
  • Experiência com vendas, representação comercial ou atendimento a varejo, atendimento ao cliente ou atividades comerciais;
  • Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office e utilização de aplicativos ou sistemas de vendas;
  • Habilidade de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação externa e realização de visitas a clientes;
  • Organização, planejamento e foco no cumprimento de metas;
  • Conhecimento de técnicas de negociação e execução no ponto de venda, indicadores comerciais e ferramentas de gestão de carteira.

💰 Composição da Remuneração:

Total estimado: R$3.560,00

  • Salário fixo: R$ 1.700,00
  • Metas de até (atingimento de 100%): R$1.350,00
  • Periculosidade 30%: R$ 510,00
  • Alelo Alimentação: R$ 22,25 por dia trabalhado, de segunda à sexta

🎯Atribuições e Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar visitas presenciais aos clientes conforme roteiro e frequência estabelecidos.
  • Desenvolver e fortalecer o relacionamento comercial com os clientes da carteira.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crescimento, aumento de volume e ampliação do portfólio.
  • Prospectar novos clientes e contribuir para a expansão da presença da empresa no mercado.
  • Compreender as necessidades dos clientes e propor soluções comerciais adequadas ao perfil de cada negócio.
  • Acompanhar o desempenho da carteira, identificando clientes com potencial de crescimento ou risco de perda.
  • Apresentar e comercializar o portfólio de produtos Ambev e Marketplace, conforme estratégias e campanhas comerciais vigentes.
  • Negociar volumes, mix de produtos, condições comerciais e ações promocionais dentro das políticas estabelecidas.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das metas de vendas, volume, receita, positivação e demais indicadores comerciais.
  • Estimular a introdução de novos produtos e o aumento da participação do portfólio nos clientes.
  • Acompanhar pedidos, disponibilidade de produtos e oportunidades de abastecimento.
  • Assegurar a correta utilização das ferramentas e sistemas de vendas.
