We automate returns, refunds, and exchanges for ecommerce businesses across the globe. To accelerate our growth even further, we are looking for game-changers to join our team.

You Will:

  • Help REVER attract and recruit top 1% international talent to scale the team across departments and geographies.
  • Own the sourcing and outreach process across different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for roles in tech, business, operations, and more.
  • Coordinate screening calls and guide candidates through our recruitment process with a great candidate experience mindset.
  • Support the team in creating compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns.
  • Be the first touchpoint of REVER’s culture and represent our mission and values to the outside world.
  • Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers and leadership to understand each team’s needs and priorities.
  • Help design and improve internal recruitment processes and reporting.

You Have:

  • 0–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or People roles (internships welcome!).
  • Passion for sourcing, networking, and spotting top performers.
  • Drive and ambition to scale one of the fastest-growing startups in Europe.
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude with high ownership.
  • Fluency in English (other languages like Spanish, French or German are a big plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team-player mindset who is excited about building from scratch.
