Wer wir sind

Unser Ziel ist eine dezentrale, flexible und CO₂-negative Energieversorgung und genau daran arbeiten wir jeden Tag bei Reverion.

Dafür entwickeln wir innovative, reversible Kraftwerke, die Gase wie Biogas oder Wasserstoff hocheffizient in Strom und Wärme umwandeln können, und bei Bedarf den Prozess umkehren, um erneuerbare Energie in speicherbare grüne Gase zu verwandeln. Dabei erreichen Reverion-Kraftwerke einen Wirkungsgrad von bis zu 80 % und sind damit die effizientesten Kraftwerke der Welt.

Gerade sind wir auf dem Sprung vom Prototypenbau/Vorserie in die industrielle Serienfertigung. Wir suchen dich als Linienführer (d/w/m), um zum weiteren Wachstum von Reverion beizutragen!

Deine Aufgaben

Zu Beginn arbeitest du hauptsächlich operativ gemeinsam mit deinem Team in der Montage. Schrittweise übernimmst du mehr Verantwortung in der fachlichen Führung und Koordination und entwickelst dich zur zentralen Ansprechperson für deine Linie. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Operative Mitarbeit in der Montage
  • Fachliche Führung, Koordination und Unterstützung deines Montageteams
  • Überprüfung der Tätigkeiten im Modulbau
  • Sicherstellung des fristgerechten Zusammenbaus von Bauteilen nach Vorgaben und in geforderter Qualität
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Montageprozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um eine reibungslose und termingerechte Umsetzung von Aufträgen zu gewährleisten
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften, Sauberkeit und Ordnung
  • Keine Reisetätigkeiten

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrik/Elektronik, Mechatronik, Industriemechanik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf mit
  • Du hast relevante Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau oder in der Serienmontage
  • Du hast erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Du bringst handwerkliches Geschick sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Montageprozessen mit
  • Deine eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on Mentalität zeichnet dich aus
  • Du bringst hohe Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit mit, dein Team zu führen, zu motivieren und zu begeistern
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2)
  • Du hast Begeisterung für Erneuerbare Energien und den Wunsch, am Kraftwerk des 21. Jahrhunderts mitzuwirken
