Als PR & Brand Communications Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest Du die externe Presse- und Medienarbeit von REVIDERM und machst die Marke im DACH-Raum noch bekannter, relevanter und begehrlicher.

Du identifizierst Themen mit echtem Nachrichten- und Markenpotenzial, entwickelst daraus starke Storylines und bringst REVIDERM in den richtigen Medien und bei relevanten Multiplikator:innen ins Gespräch. Dabei verbindest Du strategisches Denken mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität und bringst Deine Medienkontakte und Dein Gespür für gute Geschichten aktiv ein.

Deine Rolle

  • Du entwickelst unsere PR- und Earned-Media-Strategie weiter und übersetzt sie in konkrete Jahres-, Themen- und Maßnahmenpläne.
  • Du identifizierst relevante Trends, Produktneuheiten und Kommunikationsanlässe und entwickelst daraus aufmerksamkeitsstarke Storylines, Narrative und Kernbotschaften.
  • Du verantwortest die aktive Medienarbeit – von der Themenrecherche und Storyentwicklung über das individuelle Pitching bis zur Erfolgskontrolle.
  • Du baust unser Netzwerk zu Journalist:innen, Redaktionen und relevanten Multiplikator:innen im DACH-Raum kontinuierlich aus und pflegst bestehende Kontakte.
  • Du entwickelst REVIDERM als glaubwürdige Expert:innenmarke weiter – insbesondere rund um professionelle Hautpflege, Wissenschaft und Innovation.
  • Du verfasst und redigierst hochwertige Pressemitteilungen, Statements, Q&As, Kernbotschaften und weitere Kommunikationsmaterialien.
  • Du entwickelst PR-, Marken- und Unternehmensthemen in relevante Formate für den LinkedIn-Kanal von REVIDERM weiter und wirkst an der redaktionellen Planung mit.
  • Du identifizierst, entwickelst und steuerst Brand- und Lifestyle-Kooperationen mit passenden Marken, Partner:innen und Multiplikator:innen.
  • Du konzipierst und begleitest Pressegespräche, Medienevents, Produktpräsentationen und weitere PR-Formate.
  • Du steuerst externe PR-Agenturen und Dienstleister, koordinierst Medienanfragen und unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Statements in sensiblen Situationen.
  • Du definierst gemeinsam mit dem Team relevante PR-KPIs, machst Erfolge und Learnings sichtbar und entwickelst unsere PR-Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter.

Deine Expertise

  • Du verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der klassischen PR- und Medienarbeit, idealerweise auf Unternehmens- oder Agenturseite.
  • Du bringst ein gewachsenes Mediennetzwerk im DACH-Raum mit und weißt, wie Du Journalist:innen und Redaktionen für relevante Themen begeisterst.
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für medienrelevante Geschichten, Trends und aufmerksamkeitsstarke PR-Anlässe.
  • Du bist textsicher und kannst auch komplexe Inhalte klar, präzise und zielgruppengerecht aufbereiten.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Kommunikationsmaterialien sowie idealerweise in der Planung von Presseevents, Medienformaten oder Markenkooperationen.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und hands-on, übernimmst Verantwortung und treibst Themen proaktiv voran.
  • Du steuerst externe Partner:innen sicher und bringst unterschiedliche interne Stakeholder auch bei komplexeren Abstimmungen souverän zusammen.
  • Du begeisterst Dich für Beauty, Hautpflege, Wissenschaft, Innovation und Lifestyle-Trends und hast Lust, tief in die Welt von REVIDERM einzutauchen.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
