The posting

At Revlon, we create beauty innovations for everyone that inspire confidence and ignite joy every day.

Breaking beauty boundaries is in our company’s DNA. Since its game-changing launch of the first opaque nail enamel in 1932 (and later, the first long-wear foundation), Revlon has provided consumers with high-quality product innovation, performance, and sophisticated glamour. Elizabeth Arden made waves as a woman-led beauty company in the 1920s. In 1931, Almay became the original hypoallergenic, fragrance-free beauty brand.

Today, Revlon resiliently continues its legacy as a leading global beauty company. Our diverse portfolio—which consists of some of the world’s most iconic brands and product offerings in color cosmetics, skincare, hair color & care, personal care, and fragrances—is sold around the world through prestige, professional, mass, and direct-to-consumer retail channels. These brands include Revlon, Revlon Professional, Elizabeth Arden, Almay, American Crew, CND, Cutex, Mitchum, Sinful Colors, Creme of Nature, Christina Aguilera, John Varvatos, Juicy Couture, Ed Hardy and more.

We honor our heritage, embrace change, and applaud diversity. We champion our employees and celebrate our consumers.

We are Revlon, together, transforming beauty.

This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our Sydney office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.

THE ROLE

At Revlon, we're focused on accelerating our eCommerce growth and unlocking the significant opportunity that exists across the Amazon marketplace.

We are seeking a commercially astute and entrepreneurial National Business Manager, Pure Players ANZ to lead our Amazon business and drive growth across key eCommerce customers including Amazon, Adore Beauty, The Iconic and other strategic online retailers across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Sales Director, Australia and sitting on the Australian Sales Leadership Team, this role is responsible for developing and executing the strategy that will transform Amazon into a significant growth engine for the Revlon portfolio.

This is a highly visible leadership role for a proven eCommerce expert who has successfully built and scaled branded businesses on Amazon. We are looking for someone who understands the unique dynamics of the platform, knows how to unlock sustainable growth and can create and execute strategies that accelerate sales, market share and profitability.

You will own the end-to-end commercial performance of the Amazon business, including customer strategy, Joint Business Planning, annual negotiations, pricing, promotional investment, digital shelf excellence, retail media, forecasting and profitability. Working closely with Marketing, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service, you will develop and deliver growth plans that strengthen Revlon's position across the online retail landscape.

The role also provides leadership to a National Account Manager, eCommerce and eCommerce Coordinator, building a high-performing team focused on commercial excellence, customer partnership and sustainable growth.

We are looking for an Amazon expert who can not only build a high-growth business, but also elevate the eCommerce capability of the wider organisation through education, influence and thought leadership.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
