Revolution Medicines median: 45 days open

The posting

Revolution Medicines is a global, commercial-state oncology company dedicated to discovering, developing and delivering innovative medicines for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. Leveraging its differentiated RAS(ON) tri-complex inhibitor platform, the company is advancing a broad, integrated portfolio of oral RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to directly target the active, cancer-driving state of RAS. Founded on rigorous scientific inquiry and a willingness to challenge long-held assumptions, Revolution Medicines is committed to changing the trajectory of disease for patients with RAS-addicted cancers worldwide.

Our people are united by a shared way of working: follow the science, challenge assumptions, act with urgency and hold ourselves to a high standard of rigor—all in service of patients.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, US Commercial Analytics, the Associate Director, Omnichannel Analytics will own the measurement strategy and optimization agenda for how Revolution Medicines engages healthcare professionals across channels. As RevMed scales from a single approved medicine to a multi-brand portfolio spanning pancreatic and lung cancers, customer engagement is increasingly orchestrated across field, email, media, web, and other channels, and the analytical logic connecting those channels to commercial outcomes needs a dedicated owner.

This is a rare opportunity to define and build an omnichannel measurement capability during live launches. You will build the KPI frameworks, trigger and journey effectiveness methods, and experimentation agenda that determine how, when, and through which channel RevMed reaches its customers, and you will present those recommendations directly to Brand, Marketing, and Commercial leadership.

This role is ideal for a hands-on analytics leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about using data to drive meaningful impact. This position is based out of our headquarters in Redwood City, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel measurement strategy. Own and evolve the omnichannel and non-personal promotion (NPP) measurement roadmap across the portfolio, including measurement frameworks, KPI definitions, and standardized performance readouts aligned to brand and marketing decision cycles.
  • KPI frameworks and governance. Define journey progression, channel contribution, reach/frequency, and customer-experience measures; ensure definitions are governed, documented, and consistently applied across brands, channels, and dashboards.
  • Journey and trigger effectiveness. Own the analytical evaluation of trigger logic - eligibility, suppression, lookback windows, signal volume, and downstream field or digital action - and recommend changes to journey design based on relevance, timeliness, and measured impact.
  • Experimentation and test-and-learn. Build and run the portfolio experimentation agenda, including holdouts, frequency tests, and audience and content experiments; translate results into channel mix, cadence, and content recommendations.
  • Cross-channel measurement. Provide an integrated view of the HCP journey across field, email, paid media, web, and peer channels, identifying over-, under-, and mis-sequenced engagement.
  • Optimization and decision support. Serve as the subject-matter expert advising senior Commercial and Marketing leaders on performance interpretation and optimization opportunities; lead recurring omnichannel performance and optimization reviews.
  • Cross-brand learning. Maintain a reusable learning repository so insights from the first launch inform subsequent launches.
  • Partner management. Direct agency, publisher, and vendor analytics deliverables against defined scope, metric definitions, taxonomy, data feeds, and quality standards.
  • Collaboration. Effectively partner with Brand Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Information Systems, and the Omnichannel portfolio and Marketing Teams
  • Technical self-sufficiency and reuse. Work hands-on in SQL and Python notebooks to query, prototype, and productionize analyses in a modern cloud data platform environment.
  • Other duties as assigned including travel as needed.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years of progressive experience in data analytics and strategic analysis in Pharma/Biotech.
  • Demonstrated ownership of omnichannel or non-personal promotion measurement, including journey, trigger, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience designing and interpreting experiments (test/control, A/B, holdout, frequency tests) and translating results into channel and investment decisions.
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial data, including claims and prescription data, HCP and account data, CRM and field activity data, and digital engagement data.
  • Experience partnering with media agencies and publishers to establish measurement plans, data feeds, taxonomy, tagging, and campaign-level reporting requirements.
  • Extensive secondary analytical skills required; ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for business growth.
  • Strong problem solver with experience leveraging a variety of research and analytical vendors, study designs, and building quality vendor partnerships.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for hands-on technical work: writing SQL or Python in notebook environments, working directly in a modern cloud data platform, and building reusable, well-documented analytical assets.
  • Demonstrated use of generative AI tools to accelerate analytical work - such as conversational analytics agents, notebook and code assistants, or comparable capabilities.
  • Track record of being a collaborative team player, and adaptive to meet the needs of a growing business.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a tolerance for ambiguity, and a passion for helping cancer patients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Graduate degree with 8+ years of progressive experience in data analytics and strategic analysis.
  • Targeted oncology or specialty-therapeutics experience, including support of one or more US product launches.
  • Experience with media and digital measurement ecosystems, including publisher delivery and cost files, creative metadata, media warehouse feeds, and web analytics.
  • Experience supporting next-best-action or personalization use cases in an omnichannel context.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
