  • Develop, negotiate, implement, and manage commercialization agreements in partnership with Legal, Finance, regional leadership, and global functions.
  • Champion the operating model by aligning external partners, regional and global leads accountable for access, pricing, commercial and medical strategy, around consistent execution.
  • Drive launch readiness across partner markets by ensuring the operational infrastructure, distribution, supply, financial processes, training, and cross-functional support are in place for successful execution.
  • Coordinate commercial operational capabilities across partner markets, including distribution, customer service, order-to-cash, third-party logistics, and related execution processes.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access to ensure coordinated execution and compliance.
  • Establish performance standards, KPIs, dashboards, and governance forums that enable data-driven decision-making, enhance partner experience, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Anticipate commercialization risks, resolve cross-functional challenges, and ensure partner execution aligns with global strategy and local market requirements.
  • Provide coaching and development to build a highly effective, accountable, and patient-focused team.
  • Up to 50% travel required.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine preferred, with at least 12+ years of progressive biopharmaceutical leadership experience.
  • Significant experience managing international commercialization partners, distributors, licensing relationships, or alliances.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing European commercialization strategies and supporting product launches across multiple markets.
  • In-depth experience developing, negotiating, and operationalizing commercialization, distribution, licensing, or alliance agreements.
  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills to build strategic alignment and drive cross-functional decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, with the ability to build teams, lead highly matrixed organizations, and influence global, regional, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with commercial operations, distribution, customer service, order-to-cash, or related operational capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, tolerance for ambiguity, and a passion for helping cancer patients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oncology commercialization and launch experience.
  • Legal background.
  • Prior experience in a smaller, rapidly growing biotechnology or pharmaceutical company.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution, GDP, ERP-enabled commercial processes, quality systems, and pricing governance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
