Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across various levels and business functions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, provide market insights and develop suitable recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job portals, professional networks, referrals and talent databases.
  • Screen and assess candidates to evaluate their suitability for the role and organisation.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement recruitment initiatives to improve team efficiency, productivity and overall performance.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare reports to track hiring progress and key recruitment metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment across various functions and job levels.
  • Experience in technology hiring is preferred.
