An opportunity has become available for an experienced team player to join our Plovdiv-based finance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing activities related to the Account Payable function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting and paying supplier invoices, and employee expense reports
  • Running supplier statement reconciliations
  • Processing bank transaction postings
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Ensuring the relevant managers authorise invoices
  • Processing ad-hoc payments (e.g. staff loans, payroll, tax, donations, etc.) within deadlines
  • Actively taking part in the month-end process
  • Ensuring compliance with the procedures and guidelines given by the Senior Accounts Payable Accountant and responding to ad hoc requests from the business
  • Manage all information in a confidential manner

The Experience and Key Skills you will have:

  • Suitable for university graduates in the field of Finance/Accounting
  • No prior experience is required
  • Good excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of competence in managing tasks and processes from start to finish
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • A dedicated team player with the ability to work independently
