About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer who has a proven track record of building, deploying and scaling AI-powered applications in production.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can take ownership of technical architecture, integrate large language models (LLMs), build intelligent automation workflows and turn business challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions.

The ideal candidate goes beyond experimenting with AI. They have built real products used by thousands of users, understand how to integrate AI into existing systems and can demonstrate the impact of their work through live projects, a GitHub portfolio or technical walkthroughs.

You’ll work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, improve internal business processes and develop reliable applications that deliver measurable results.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

AI Development & Integration

  • Build and deploy production-ready AI-powered applications using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini.
  • Design and implement AI workflows, prompt engineering strategies and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications, business systems and internal tools.
  • Evaluate and optimize AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, performance and cost.
  • Apply fine-tuning and other model-customization techniques where appropriate.

Full-Stack Development

  • Design, develop and maintain scalable applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React and Next.js.
  • Build and maintain robust APIs, webhooks and integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Design, manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases and data models.
  • Develop secure, maintainable and high-performance applications that can support growing user bases.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve application performance.

Technical Architecture & Deployment

  • Take ownership of technical architecture and make independent engineering decisions.
  • Build scalable systems capable of supporting thousands of users.
  • Manage deployment workflows and cloud-based environments using tools such as Vercel and Docker.
  • Use Git and GitHub for version control, collaboration and code management.
  • Establish sound development practices around testing, reliability, security and maintainability.

Business Automation & Collaboration

  • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through AI and software automation.
  • Develop internal tools and integrations that reduce repetitive manual work.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communicate technical decisions, progress and challenges clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in production.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js.
  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL, database design and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini.
  • Experience building REST APIs, third-party integrations and automated workflows.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining scalable applications in cloud-based environments.
  • Proven ability to independently design and architect systems used by thousands of users.
  • Strong Git/GitHub skills and the ability to explain technical contributions clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with prompt engineering, AI workflow orchestration and model fine-tuning.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, internal business systems and operational automation.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Vercel and modern cloud deployment workflows.
  • Experience integrating multiple AI models or selecting models based on specific use cases.
  • Experience working directly with business leaders to turn operational challenges into software solutions.

Portfolio & Practical Assessment

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their practical development experience. Applicants should be prepared to share a GitHub profile, portfolio, live application or detailed project walkthrough.

During the interview, candidates should be able to explain:

  • An AI-powered application they personally built and deployed.
  • Their specific contribution to the project and the technical decisions they made.
  • Which AI models, APIs and tools they used, and why.
  • How they addressed scalability, reliability, performance and real-world user needs.
  • A measurable outcome or business problem their solution helped solve.

Practical, hands-on experience is essential. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate what they have built, not simply discuss AI concepts.

Working Arrangements

  • Fully remote position.
  • Full-time role with direct collaboration with company leadership.
  • Jewish holidays will be observed according to the client's holiday calendar.
