The Opportunity Rex is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to own client service across InsurePro, our profitable and growing independent insurance agency. This operator drives retention and account growth across a book of well over a thousand clients. This role owns every servicing request in the commercial book, from endorsements, certificates, fleet updates, audits, and rewrites to remarketing accounts and moving clients to better-fit carriers. They triage with speed and precision, handle complex changes personally, and delegate routine work to a dedicated service partner. Every touchpoint is also a growth opportunity: through renewals and policy reviews, they uncover coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities such as umbrella, cyber, and EPLI, then tee them up for agency leadership to close. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of commercial lines account management experience and an active P&C license. Independent agency experience is strongly preferred, and Applied Epic proficiency is required. They command volume without losing precision, know what to handle, delegate, and escalate, and bring client obsession, commercial curiosity, and relentless follow-through. Must be missionary to the bone, committed to catalyzing human flourishing by protecting what businesses have worked to build. Fully remote.
