So auch bei uns, REXEL Austria - Großhändler von Elektroinstallationsmaterial und... 1 Logistikkoordinator:in & Abholverkauf (m/w/x) Als Logistikkoordinator:in und Mitarbeiter:in im Abholverkauf übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unseren Logistikbereich und bist gleichzeitig eine wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen im angeschlossenen Shopbereich am Standort Salzburg. Damit übernimmst du eine vielseitige und verantwortungsvolle Funktion an der Schnittstelle zwischen Logistik, Kundenservice und Verkauf. * Nach einer umfassenden Einarbeitung, in der du unser Unternehmen, unsere Produkte und unsere Kund:innen im Detail kennenlernst, verantwortest du die Abläufe in unserem Logistikbereich am Standort Salzburg und koordinierst die gesamte Abwicklung mit unseren Lieferant:innen, dem Zentrallager in Weißkirchen. * Du bist für die Warenannahme verantwortlich, führst Wareneingangskontrollen durch und sorgst für eine fachgerechte Einlagerung. * Du bearbeitest Retourwaren und Reklamationen lösungsorientiert, zuverlässig und serviceorientiert, dabei klärst du Sachverhalte, verfolgst offene Vorgänge konsequent nach und stellst eine transparente Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten sicher. * Du beantwortest Kundenanfragen telefonisch als auch per Mail und stimmst dich bei Bedarf mit unserem Zentrallager in Weißkirchen ab. * Darüber hinaus unterstützt du den Abholverkauf bei der Warenausgabe inklusive Kassiertätigkeit und berätst unsere Kund:innen beim Verkauf von Elektromaterial. * Du stellst eine sorgfältige, serviceorientierte und effiziente Abwicklung der täglichen Prozesse inklusive Inventur und laufende Kontrollen sicher.Qualifikationen * Du verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik sowie über mehrere Jahre Praxis in Lager und Logistik. * Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. * Du bist kommunikativ, serviceorientiert und arbeitest gerne mit Menschen. * Einen Staplerschein und entsprechende Praxis bringst du idealerweise mit. * Du bist digital kompetent und sicher im Umgang mit modernen IT-Werkzeugen (Microsoft 365). * Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst. * Du hast Freude daran, dich in neue Aufgabenbereiche einzuarbeiten und gemeinsam im Team Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen zu finden. * Du möchtest in einem krisensicheren und innovativen Unternehmen arbeiten und einen positiven Beitrag zur Energiewende leisten.Zusätzliche Informationen * Verantwortungsvolle und herausfordernde Aufgabe in einem internationalen Konzern mit familiärer Arbeitsumgebung. * Anstellung in einem äußerst erfolgreichen und nachhaltig agierenden Unternehmen, das zur Energiewende beiträgt. * Ein spannendes Tätigkeitsfeld, sowie Spaß, Teamspirit und attraktive Sozialleistungen (z.B. gratis Kaffee und Tee, Personalrabatte...). * Flexible Arbeitszeiten, 4,5-Tage-Woche und modernstes Equipment. * Laufende Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten intern, sowie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Lieferant:innen.Wir bieten ein marktkonformes Gehaltspaket abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung, jedoch mindestens brutto EUR 46.000,00 pro Jahr.Bereit, die Zukunft mitzugestalten?
