Jouw rol

Als Value Analysis Manager / Calculator ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen Sales, Customer Service en Productie.

Je vertaalt klantvragen en technische specificaties naar correcte kostprijscalculaties, maar kijkt tegelijk verder dan alleen de cijfers. Je onderzoekt waar we extra waarde kunnen creëren: door een andere materiaalkeuze, een efficiëntere productiemethode, een alternatieve druktechnologie of een slimme optimalisatie in het productieproces.

Je denkt dus niet alleen in kostprijs, maar ook in marge, efficiëntie en commerciële meerwaarde.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Opstellen en analyseren van kostprijscalculaties.
  • Aansturen van een team van calculatoren in de verschillende landen/filialen
  • Uitwerken en vergelijken van verschillende productiescenario’s.
  • Meedenken over de beste combinatie van materiaal, druktechnologie en afwerking.
  • Zoeken naar optimalisaties die de kostprijs verlagen of de marge verhogen.
  • Ondersteunen van Sales bij technisch en commercieel uitdagende projecten.
  • Analyseren van bestaande calculaties en productiegegevens.
  • Werken met ERP-systemen, calculatietools en Excel om kostprijzen, productiegegevens en scenario’s te beheren en te analyseren.
  • Meewerken aan de verdere professionalisering van onze calculatie- en value-add processen.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent sterk met cijfers en werkt graag gestructureerd en analytisch.

Daarnaast:

  • heb je interesse in productieprocessen en techniek;
  • denk je commercieel en zie je snel waar optimalisaties mogelijk zijn;
  • werk je nauwkeurig, maar verlies je het grotere plaatje niet uit het oog;
  • communiceer je vlot met verschillende afdelingen/sites;
  • werk je vlot met ERP-systemen, calculatiesoftware en Excel;
  • is ervaring in een productieomgeving een plus;
  • is grafische kennis of ervaring in drukwerk, etiketten of verpakkingen een sterke troef.
