They bring strong sales discipline, sound commercial judgment, polished and on-brand communication, critical thinking, and the ability to keep many stakeholders aligned in an early-stage health-tech environment.

  • Prepare for discovery and executive meetings with account research, stakeholder maps, and tailored talking points.
  • Capture each health system’s priorities around access, primary care capacity, employee health, patient experience, clinician workforce, and financial performance, and translate them into clear solution requirements.
  • Coordinate early solution design with Clinical, Product, and Implementation to confirm how Rezilient’s CloudClinic model fits each health system’s needs and what it will take to deliver on commitments.
  • Build pre-proposal materials, including tailored presentations, value propositions, and preliminary pricing scenarios developed with Revenue Operations and Finance.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations on RFIs, RFPs, plus building, maintenance, and documentation of new and existing deal processes.

Post-Proposal Deal Execution

  • Manage deal activity after submission, including finalist presentations, clarification questions, pilot design, and reference requests.
  • Support term sheet and contract negotiations alongside the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Network Development, Legal, Finance, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder approval processes, including clinical, operational, IT, finance, legal, and procurement reviews, keeping every workstream on track to signature.
  • Lead the transition from signed agreement to operational implementation, supporting to ensure that any launch plans, contract commitments, and health system expectations are delivered smoothly.

Deal Coordination & Insight

  • Keep stakeholder details, deal notes, and next steps current in the CRM for each health system opportunity.
  • Share deal-level risks, open items, and timing updates with leadership and Revenue Operations to support accurate forecasting.
  • Capture win/loss insights and proposal feedback to help the leadership team sharpen Rezilient’s positioning, pricing, and product direction.
  • Build health system proposal templates and deal checklists that align with Revenue Operations deal desk processes and help Rezilient scale its health system partnerships nationwide.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in health system sales support, including deal management, proposal management, solutions consulting, or strategic partnerships.
  • Experience supporting health system deals for primary care or care delivery transformation offerings such as virtual care, care model redesign, access expansion, or value-based care.
  • Proven experience managing long sales cycles and collaborating with multiple decision-makers, both internal and external.
  • Strong understanding of health system operations, strategic priorities, and buying processes.
  • The ability to turn complex clinical and operational detail into clear, concise, and compelling proposal content.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to operate autonomously, managing multiple deals and deadlines at once without losing attention to detail.
  • Comfort with partnering with Finance on pricing models, financial scenarios, and contract terms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage health system executives and internal leadership.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Experience in an early-stage or growth-stage health-tech company is a plus.
  • Routine travel is likely required for this role.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
