The posting
- Operation & Maintenance
Compliant operation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure, establishes MOS/SOP with effective change management, maintains accurate technical documentation, partners with Engineering, Operations, and EHS on regulatory compliance, drives risk and safety programs (FMEA, LOTO, SDS, RCA), and ensures full standards compliance and audit readiness. Maintain proper documentation of training material, record, checklist, and drawings. Develop and review maintenance contracts to ensure adequacy and improve system reliability, minimizing unplanned downtime. Support production electrical requirements and coordinate with process engineers to ensure power quality standards are met.
- Capacity Planning & Tool Install
Plans and manages electrical load models across fab and facilities operations, ensures proper feeder loading, redundancy, and diversity. Review and approve electrical designs and oversee safe energization and commissioning.
- Projects & Commissioning
Define acceptance criteria, test protocols, and witness critical tests. Manage vendor performance and ensure documentation close‑out (O&Ms, as‑builts).
- Power Quality & Energy Performance
Monitor power quality and utility consumption and recommend improvements. Lead energy efficiency projects and implementation of smart metering analytics.
