Das gibt es bei uns zu tun:

  • Du unterstützt uns im Telefonsupport und bist somit erste/r Ansprechpartner /- in bei produktspezifischen und technischen Fragen unserer Privat- und Geschäftskunden
  • Bei der Überwachung des Netzbetriebs stellst du die reibungslose Funktionalität und Sicherheit unseres Brandenburgnetzes sicher
  • Die Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von technischen Störungsmeldungen via Telefon oder Ticketsystem gehört zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben
  • Technischen Störungen gehst du mittels Ferndiagnose auf den Grund und findest für jedes Problem eine Lösung
  • Du beantwortest auch schriftliche Anliegen unserer Kunden über unser Ticketsystem
  • Du behältst einen Überblick über eingehende Störungen und löst selbstständig nachgelagerte Prozesse aus
  • Für alle weiteren Anfragen unserer Kunden hast du ebenfalls ein offenes Ohr und bietest Lösungswege an. Dafür leitest du Anfragen an die entsprechenden Abteilungen weiter

Das erwarten wir:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich IT, der Kommunikationstechnik oder einem artverwandten Beruf. Quereinstieg ist möglich
  • Du hast Erfahrungen im Kundendienst oder im Call Center gesammelt
  • Du zeichnest dich durch ein überdurchschnittliches Qualitätsbewusstsein aus, hast eine Leidenschaft für erstklassigen Service und ein sicheres Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Du bist versiert im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket und bringst technisches Verständnis mit in deinen neuen Job
  • Dich zeichnen hohe Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein sicheres und freundliches Auftreten aus
