  • Support regional risk quantification activities, including scenario analysis and loss modeling, in collaboration with specialist enterprise teams.
  • Represent regional business needs in enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform decisions, encouraging effective adoption and utilization of risk management technologies and tools.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing regional team, overseeing performance management, talent development, succession planning, and ongoing capability building.
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in operational risk management, enterprise risk, internal audit, internal controls, or a related second-line risk function within the financial services or insurance industry.

  • Strong expertise in operational risk management frameworks, including framework design, Risk and Control Assessments (RCA), Key Risk Indicators (KRI), scenario analysis, loss-event management, and control effectiveness methodologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory and industry frameworks, including NAIC ORSA, Solvency II, COSO, and ISO 31000.
  • Demonstrated experience translating enterprise-level risk strategies into practical regional execution plans that account for local requirements and business priorities.
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Integrated Risk Management and GRC platforms such as ServiceNow IRM, Archer, or MetricStream, as well as reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Proven proficiency in AI tools, spreadsheets, databases, and emerging technologies applied to risk reporting, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse cultural, regulatory, and linguistic environments.
  • Experience driving organizational change and the adoption of new risk management frameworks, processes, and technologies, with a coaching-oriented approach to capability development.
  • Preferred experience includes 12+ years in operational risk management, particularly involving framework design and engagement with senior executives, regulators, and Board-level stakeholders.
  • Additional preferred qualifications include experience designing risk quantification approaches covering inherent and residual risk and control effectiveness, as well as professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, ORM, or CRMA. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
