Sólida experiência em criação e desenvolvimento de produtos em mercado de saúde, securitário ou serviços,

Cursando Administração de Empresas ou Marketing

Garantir a integridade e melhoria contínua dos projetos e produtos, para que esses sigam uma visão definida para o produto ou projeto.

Conduzir pesquisas qualitativas e quantitativas.

Analisar viabilidade financeira dos projetos.

Precificar e garantir valor máximo a custo mínimo.

Desenhar cestas de produtos.

Participar de forma consultiva junto ao comercial para propor a melhor composição de produtos para as necessidades da base de seus consumidores que traga o maior retorno para a companhia.

Ministrar treinamentos de produtos para equipes internas e externas.

Ser o ponto focal, do ponto de vista de negócio, pelas ações que interferem nos custos e eficiência do Produto tais como: sinistro, impressões, experiência e documentos.

Acompanhar e apresentar reports relacionados aos produtos novos e a performance dos produtos em portfólio com visão do mercado.

Mapear necessidades/utilização da solução nos clientes e usuários.

Garantir alinhamentos e entendimentos dos projetos/produtos com equipes internas e externas.

Analisar a experiência do cliente, para identificar desvios e oportunidades de melhorias.

Analisar o conteúdo e fluxos de diálogos de URA (de voz e texto).

Avaliar métricas e sugerir a melhor experiência.

Otimizar a experiência do usuário visando melhorias em todos os pontos de contato com o consumidor e todos os processos internos que o atendem;

Contribuir na identificação das reais necessidades dos clientes e usuários, através de pesquisas, visitas e análise de dados;

Liderar atualizações e melhorias no portfólio de soluçõe
