Assessorar na elaboração de propostas, negociações, contratações, conduzindo a transação de forma diligente junto aos potenciais clientes;

Prestar aos interessados na aquisição de planos as informações pertinentes ao produto comercializado, em especial no tocante às condições gerais do contrato;

Observar as diretrizes e instruções fornecidas pela REDE MAIS;

Participar de reuniões e/ou treinamentos designados pela REDE MAIS;

Envidar esforços para manutenção e promoção do bom nome e conceito dos produtos da REDE MAIS;

informar imediatamente à REDE MAIS, sobre fatos e ocorrências a que tenha conhecimento, dos quais tenham pertinência ou que possam interferir o cumprimento do presente contrato;

guardar sigilo absoluto de todas as informações de que vier a ter conhecimento em razão da intermediação;

apresentar relatórios das atividades desenvolvidas na prospecção, sempre que solicitado pela REDE MAIS;

receber, aprovar e conferir os contratos firmados;

Zelar pela boa guarda e manutenção de todo o material, equipamentos que lhe forem cedidos para o desempenho de suas obrigações, comprometendo-se a devolvê-los quando da rescisão do presente contrato.
