• Planejamento estratégico e operacional; • Desenvolvimento de planilha de custos e orçamentária dos eventos; • Coordenação dos jobs em concorrência e em execução; • Gestão dos processos de produção de eventos, controle e etapas, desenvolvimento de documentos de controle (Cronogramas, T&M, Books, check lists de entregas, relatórios, etc); • Gestão e desenvolvimento da equipe produção do job; • Gerenciamento de Relatórios e controles de produção (avaliação equipes, fornecedores e demais etapas de produção) • Atuação conjunta com o departamento de projetos, produção, atendimento; • Atuação em todo o processo de montagem e operação dos eventos (planejamento, acompanhamento dos desenvolvimento dos projetos, execução, processos, controles de entrega, acompanhamento, fechamento); • Suporte para equipe de projeto; • Contratação da equipe de acompanhamento, operação e execução; • Controle e estratégia para otimização da rentabilidade dos eventos; • Experiência com gerenciamento de produção de live mkt (eventos) dos mais diversos tipos (Feiras, Exposições, Lançamentos, Convenções, etc); • Visar automatização dos processos da área, trazendo mais agilidade e eficiência (uso obrigatório do sistema Publi); • Contratação da equipe de acompanhamento das montagens, operação e execução; • Planejamento, soluções e estratégias logísticas para viabilização de eventos a nível nacional; • Controle e estratégia para otimização da rentabilidade dos eventos; • Busca e desenvolvimento de novos parceiros (fornecedores, empresas / / equipe freelancer, etc); • Report e apresentação de processos e resultados para o Diretor de produção;

• Gestão de pessoas/liderança e desenvolvimento de equipe • Sinergia interna e trânsito entre os demais departamentos da agência (Diretoria, produção, projetos, atendimento, financeiro) • Profissional participativo, com perfil colaborativo e gestor dos processos e equipe • Graduação em Marketing, Publicidade, Eventos • Conhecimento ao sistema Publi • Cursos extras de gestão e processos; • Excel Avançado • Inglês intermediário; • •
