Recruteur(se) (H/F/X)A propos de nousChez RH Lab., nous sommes convaincus qu'un recrutement réussi change bien plus qu'un CV : il transforme des carrières, fait grandir les entreprises et crée des rencontres qui ont du sens.Depuis plusieurs années, nous accompagnons les entreprises de la Grande Région dans leurs enjeux RH avec une approche pragmatique, humaine et orientée résultats.Aujourd'hui, nous ouvrons un nouveau chapitre.Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité Recrutement, nous recherchons une personne passionnée par le recrutement, curieuse, ambitieuse et désireuse de contribuer activement à une aventure entrepreneuriale.Si vous aimez convaincre, comprendre les parcours, créer des relations de confiance et relever de nouveaux défis chaque semaine… nous aimerions vous rencontrer.Votre missionAu sein de l'équipe Recrutement et en collaboration directe avec le/la Responsable Recrutement, vous prenez en charge des missions variées auprès de nos clients.Vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du processus de recrutement :• Identifier, approcher et évaluer les meilleurs talents.• Piloter vos recrutements de A à Z, du brief client jusqu'à l'intégration des candidat·e·s.• Conseiller les entreprises clientes et les accompagner dans leurs besoins en recrutement.• Assurer un suivi de qualité auprès des candidat·e·s et des clients tout au long des missions.• Développer votre portefeuille et contribuer à la croissance de RH Lab.• Représenter RH Lab. lors de salons, forums emploi et événements RH.• Participer à des missions de consultance en recrutement directement chez nos clients lorsque leurs projets le nécessitent.ProfilVous êtes passionné·e par le recrutement et vous aimez créer des connexions entre les personnes et les entreprises.Vous disposez idéalement :• d'une formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines ou équivalente ;• d'une première expérience en recrutement, en cabinet ou en entreprise ;• d'une excellente maîtrise du français ainsi que de l'anglais ou de l'allemand. Toute autre langue constitue un véritable atout.Au-delà du parcours, nous recherchons avant tout une personne :• orientée solutions ;• dotée d'un véritable sens commercial ;• organisée et capable de gérer plusieurs recrutements simultanément ;• curieuse et désireuse d'apprendre en continu ;• appréciant autant le contact humain que les défis.Le parcours de recrutementNotre processus est simple et transparent :• Analyse de votre candidature.• Premier échange téléphonique avec RH Lab.• Entretien dans nos bureaux.• Rencontre avec le/la Responsable Recrutement et la direction.• Éventuelle mise en situation.
