The posting

  • Lead and manage the Data Management initiatives and Operations squad, including engineers, support analysts, and platform specialists.
  • Manage and optimize platform maintenance & license renewal for cost optimization
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of Data Lake, data integration, and data management platforms.
  • Oversee data pipeline monitoring, incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis and propose preventive measure for implementation.
  • Drive operational excellence through automation, process improvement, and DevOps/DataOps practices.
  • Work closely with Analytics Engineering to delivery modelled data for business consumption to increase data adoption in Data Platforms
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver platform capabilities.
  • Define and Manage service levels (SLA), operational KPIs, and vendor delivery.
  • Support disaster recovery, capacity planning, and platform resiliency initiatives.
  • Drive and manage weekly Data Management Committee on data prioritization, incident management, and other critical data issues.
