Atividades :

  • Realizar vendas consultivas presenciais.
  • Recepcionar e atender clientes de forma acolhedora e consultiva.
  • Identificar as necessidades dos tutores e oferecer soluções em produtos e serviços voltados ao bem-estar animal.
  • Manter relacionamento ativo com clientes por telefone e WhatsApp, realizando pós-venda, acompanhamento, fidelização e reativação de contatos.
  • Acompanhar metas e indicadores de desempenho.
  • Buscar aprendizado constante sobre os produtos e serviços para oferecer um atendimento com segurança e credibilidade.

Requisitos :

  • Gostar de vendas, atendimento ao público e relacionamento com clientes.
  • Excelente comunicação presencial e por telefone.
  • Perfil organizado, proativo, curioso e com vontade de aprender.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com metas e indicadores.
  • Amar pets é um requisito indispensável.
  • Residir em Belo Horizonte ou ter fácil acesso ao Bairro Sion.
  • Remuneração: Fixo+ Premiação por metas+ Assiduidade - Ganhos de até R$ 3.000,00 Benefícios: VT, VA( R$ 380,00) , Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 10h15 às 19h15.Sábado de 10:15 às 14:30 ( Folga fixa aos domingos e outra a combinar na semana )
