FUNCTIE

Als frisse en energieke customer service verricht je operationele en administratieve werkzaamheden met betrekking tot het exporteren en importeren van zeevrachtzendingen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit het opmaken van transportdocumenten, (douane)bescheiden en het begeleiden van transport vanaf leverancier tot eind ontvanger. Vanzelfsprekend heb je ook direct contact met onze klanten, internationale agenten, rederijen en luchtvaartmaatschappijen.

What You Bring:

Persoonsprofiel

  • MBO niveau 4
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift
  • Kennis van MS Office
  • Ervaring met het organiseren, coördineren en administratief afhandelen van zeevrachtzendingen
  • Basis kennis van zeevrachtwetgeving, transport en douanezaken
  • Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
  • Flexibele werkhouding
  • Klantgericht en administratief accuraat
