Sie verantworten das Controlling eigenständig und sind zentrale Ansprechperson für betriebswirtschaftliche Anlaysen, Kalkulationen und Auswertungen.

Als erfolgreiches Familienunternehmen mit Stammsitz in Aachen und Tochterunternehmen im In- und Ausland setzt RNA seit Jahrzehnten Maßstäbe in Technologie und Qualität - insbesondere im Sondermaschinenbau.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Finanzbereichs sucht RNA einen Manager Controlling & Data Analytics (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie verantworten das Ergebnis-Reporting für die Unternehmensgruppe und die Einzelgesellschaften.
  • Sie bauen Dashboards und Analysen für betriebliche Kennzahlen auf Basis von ERP-, SQL- , DWH- und Cube-Daten auf.
  • Sie modellieren Daten in Power BI, bereiten Daten mit Power Query auf und entwickeln Kennzahlen mit DAX.
  • Sie hinterfragen Datenqualität, Kennzahlendefinitionen und Datenquellen und sorgen für nachvollziehbare, belastbare Auswertungen.
  • Sie erstellen Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Geschäftsführung und Führungskräfte und bereiten komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht auf.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Fachbereichen, IT/BI und Geschäftsleitung zusammen, um Anforderungen in klare Analysen, Dashboards und Kennzahlen zu übersetzen.

Ihr Profil

  • Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik, Controlling, Data Analytics oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen in der Weiterentwicklung von Ergebnis-Reporting und Übersetzung betriebswirtschaftlicher Anforderungen aus der Unternehmensgruppe, Einzelgesellschaften und Fachbereichen in belastbare Kennzahlen, Datenmodelle und Power-BI-Auswertungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Power-BI und der eigenständigen Modellierung, Transformation und Visualisierung von Daten
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Power Query und DAX
  • Sichere Nutzung von SQL-Datenquellen und Verstehen grundlegender SQL-Abfragen, insbesondere SELECT, JOINs, Aggregationen und Views
  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und eine analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Proaktivität, Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
