Mit unserer Marke deinSchrank.de stehen wir für maßgefertigte Möbel „Made in Germany“. In unserer eigenen Produktion fertigen wir in Losgröße 1 und begeistern Kundinnen und Kunden in ganz Europa – überwiegend über unsere digitalen Kanäle. Unser Marketing bauen wir gerade neu auf. Wir wollen zeigen, was hinter unseren Möbeln steckt: echtes Handwerk, moderne Fertigung und Menschen, die ihr Zuhause neu planen. Dafür suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen kreativen Content Manager / Video Creator (m/w/d) mit regelmäßiger Präsenz an unserem Standort Rheinbach (bei Bonn).

Das erwartet dich

  • Du konzipierst und produzierst Videoformate für unseren YouTube-Kanal – von Ratgebern und Planungstipps bis zu Einblicken in unsere Fertigung.
  • Du stehst selbst vor der Kamera und wirst zum Gesicht unserer Videos – in der Fertigung, beim Aufbau und in unserer Ausstellung.
  • Du verantwortest redaktionelle Inhalte wie Ratgeber, Planungshilfen und Magazinartikel und richtest sie auf Suchmaschinen und KI-Suchen aus.
  • Du baust unsere Pressearbeit auf und platzierst unsere Themen in Fach- und Publikumsmedien.
  • Du entwickelst Brand Guides und eine einheitliche Bild- und Videosprache mit.
  • Du lieferst Video- und Bildmaterial für Paid-Kampagnen, Newsletter und Website.
  • Du arbeitest mit einer Werkstudentin bzw. einem Werkstudenten für Dreh und Schnitt zusammen und nutzt KI-Workflows für Kurzfassungen, Varianten und Sprachversionen.

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Videoproduktion, Content Marketing oder Redaktion, idealerweise mit eigenem YouTube-Hintergrund
  • Ein sicheres, sympathisches Auftreten vor der Kamera
  • Erfahrung in Konzeption, Dreh und Storytelling von Videoformaten
  • Eine starke Schreibe für Ratgeber, Artikel, Skripte und Pressetexte
  • Grundverständnis von SEO und Sichtbarkeit in KI-Suchen
  • PR- oder Redaktionserfahrung ist von Vorteil
  • Ein Gespür für Marke, Bildsprache und Ästhetik; Interesse an Interior, Möbeln oder Handwerk ist ein Plus
  • Bevorzugt ein KI-first-Mindset und Erfahrung im Aufbau agentischer Workflows, z. B. für Recherche, Skripte, Varianten oder Übersetzungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Wohnort im Raum Köln/Bonn, da ein Teil der Produktion direkt in unserer Fertigung stattfindet
