Sie begeistern sich für Elektronik, haben Freude an technischen Herausforderungen und möchten Fertigungsprozesse aktiv mitgestalten? In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für unsere Produktionsanlagen und tragen mit Ihrem Fachwissen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Prozesse bei.

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Verantwortung für die Produktionsmaschinen sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
  • Übernahme der Prozessverantwortung im Bereich Elektronikfertigung
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Fertigungsprozesse
  • Analyse technischer Störungen sowie Erarbeitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Lösungen
  • Evaluation neuer Produktionsanlagen, Technologien und Fertigungsprozesse
  • Koordination und Betreuung von Reparaturaufträgen sowie selbstständige Durchführung von Maschinenreparaturen
  • Unterstützung bei der Fertigungs\- und Prüfplanung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produktionsprozesse

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Elektroniker EFZ oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Elektronik und Elektronikfertigung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der elektrischen Messtechnik sowie im Lesen und Interpretieren elektrischer Schaltpläne
  • Gute Kenntnisse elektronischer Bauteile und deren Anwendung
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Veränderungsbereitschaft sowie Freude an neuen technischen Herausforderungen und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Engagement, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und bereichsübergreifendem Denken
