Als Outside Sales Medewerker bij Rhenus Air & Ocean België speel je een cruciale rol in de groei van onze luchtvrachtactiviteiten. Vanuit onze vestigingen in Antwerpen, Machelen en Luik werk je actief aan het uitbouwen van ons klantenbestand en het vergroten van ons marktaandeel. Je netwerk is jouw sleutel tot succes: hiermee verkoop je op maat gemaakte transportoplossingen per luchtvracht.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Klanten werven en ontwikkelen: Door middel van actief "hunting" plan je afspraken voor persoonlijke verkoopgesprekken, ondersteund door de inside sales-afdeling.
  • Evaluatie van klantpotentieel: Je beoordeelt nieuwe klanten op winstgevendheid en strategisch belang om offertes binnen te halen.
  • Relaties opbouwen: Door goed op de hoogte te zijn van de markt en de activiteiten van klanten, bouw je aan vertrouwen en langdurige samenwerkingen.
  • Winst en marktaandeel vergroten: Je focus ligt op het verhogen van de brutowinst en het ontwikkelen van relaties met nieuwe klanten.
  • Opvolging en klantontwikkeling: Rigoureuze follow-up van offertes en klantrelaties, met als doel klantverlies te voorkomen en kansen optimaal te benutten.
  • Strategische verkoop: Je voert verkoopstrategieën uit die aansluiten bij het groeiplan van Rhenus, met als doel de verkoopdoelen te behalen én te overtreffen.
  • Rapport MS Dynamics.
  • Oplossingen op maat bieden: Dankzij jouw branchekennis stel je de juiste oplossingen voor die aansluiten bij de specifieke behoeften van de klant.
  • Risico- en kansbeheer: Je beheert kansen en risico's zorgvuldig om de belangen van Rhenus Air & Ocean veilig te stellen.

Kortom, jij bent de drijvende kracht achter de commerciële groei van Rhenus in België en zorgt ervoor dat wij voorop blijven lopen in een competitieve markt!

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt reeds minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige positie als outside sales luchtvracht.
  • Goede kennis van expeditiediensten, waaronder luchtvracht (import en export), consolidatie.
  • Aantoonbare competentie in conflicthantering, besluitvorming en strategische planning.
  • Sterke jagersmentaliteit / goede communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden / uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Vermogen om buiten de gebaande paden te denken.
  • Sterke werkethiek en integriteit.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
