AUXILIAR DE VENDAS

Joinville/SC

Estamos buscando uma profissional organizada, comunicativa e proativa, com interesse em desenvolver se na área comercial, para atuar como Auxiliar de Vendas em uma empresa do segmento de decoração. A profissional terá atuação predominantemente interna, dando suporte à equipe comercial, com foco na organização de materiais, conhecimento do portfólio, atendimento inicial aos clientes e apoio na elaboração de orçamentos.

Principais atividades

  • Suporte Comercial: Dar suporte às consultoras de vendas nas atividades comerciais e na preparação dos atendimentos.
  • Conhecimento do Portfólio: Aprender e conhecer os produtos, tecidos, modelos, materiais e soluções oferecidas pela empresa.
  • Organização de Mostruários: Separar, organizar e preparar mostruários, amostras, catálogos e materiais utilizados nos atendimentos.
  • Suporte ao Showroom: Contribuir para a organização do ambiente da loja e dos produtos expostos.
  • Atendimento Inicial: Recepcionar e realizar o primeiro atendimento aos clientes, identificando suas necessidades e direcionando-os conforme a demanda.
  • Orçamentos: Apoiar na elaboração e conferência de orçamentos, tabelas de preços e informações dos produtos.
  • Prospecção: Apoiar na identificação de potenciais clientes e escritórios de arquitetura.

Requisitos

  • Experiência com atendimento, área administrativa, comercial, orçamentos ou áreas correlatas será considerada um diferencial;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Facilidade para aprender novos produtos e sistemas;
  • Facilidade para lidar com números, tabelas e informações de produtos;
  • Proatividade e iniciativa;
  • Interesse genuíno em desenvolver-se na área comercial;
  • Boa postura profissional, ética e responsabilidade.

Jornada de Trabalho

  • Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 09:00 às 18:30.
  • Sábados : das 09:00 as 12:00
  • Intervalo: 1h30 de almoço.
