Operador de Máquina - Lageado, Campo Alegre – SC

Responsabilidades

  • Operar máquinas específicas da linha de produção, como empilhadeiras, pontes rolantes e equipamentos de corte e dobra.
  • Realizar ajustes e calibrações nos equipamentos conforme as especificações técnicas e ordens de produção.
  • Monitorar o funcionamento das máquinas, identificando e comunicando anomalias ou necessidades de manutenção preventiva/corretiva.
  • Executar a programação básica de máquinas CNC, inserindo parâmetros e acompanhando o processo de usinagem.
  • Garantir a qualidade do produto final, realizando verificações dimensionais e visuais de acordo com as normas técnicas.
  • Preencher relatórios de produção, registrando dados de operação, paradas e ocorrências.
  • Manter a organização e limpeza da área de trabalho e dos equipamentos, seguindo as diretrizes de 5S.

Requisitos

  • Ensino fundamental.
  • Experiência comprovada na operação de máquinas industriais, preferencialmente em ambiente de produção.
  • Conhecimento básico em leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos e diagramas mecânicos.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de medição como paquímetro, micrômetro e trena.
  • Habilidade para operar sistemas de controle digital em painéis de máquinas.
  • Conhecimento em normas de segurança industrial e uso de EPIs, será um diferencial.
