Programador de Máquina CNC

Atividades

  • Preparar, regular e operar máquinas industriais CNC;
  • Preparar e realizar setups de máquinas para produção;
  • Programar máquinas CNC e ajustar parâmetros de funcionamento;
  • Realizar testes iniciais e validar o funcionamento das máquinas;
  • Interpretar desenhos e especificações técnicas;
  • Planejar sequências de operações e realizar cálculos técnicos;
  • Executar processos de usinagem;
  • Realizar controle dimensional e acompanhar a qualidade das peças usinadas;
  • Ajustar programas conforme a necessidade da produção;
  • Dar suporte técnico aos operadores de máquinas e auxiliar de produção;
  • Registrar apontamentos eletrônicos e os itens produzidos;
  • Organizar o setor de trabalho, seguindo os procedimentos de segurança.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos na função;
  • Experiência com preparação de torno CNC;
  • Conhecimento nos comandos Fanuc e Siemens;
  • Conhecimento em programação CNC;
  • Experiência com preparação e setup de máquinas;
  • Conhecimento em processos de usinagem;
  • Experiência com interpretação de desenhos técnicos;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência no segmento de usinagem;
  • Vivência em empresas metalúrgicas;
  • Experiência com usinagem seriada.

Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 07h às 16h48.
