Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de CRM Analytics Sênior para atuar estrategicamente na análise de dados de clientes, campanhas de CRM e Marketing, gerando insights que apoiem a tomada de decisão e contribuam para estratégias mais eficazes de relacionamento, personalização e performance.

Este profissional terá papel fundamental na construção de estudos analíticos, segmentações e modelagens de públicos, apoiando o time de CRM na definição de estratégias orientadas por dados e na maximização dos resultados das campanhas.

Responsabilidades

  • Estruturar, analisar e interpretar dados com foco no comportamento do cliente;
  • Gerar insights estratégicos para personalização de ofertas e definição de estratégias de comunicação;
  • Criar clusters, segmentações e modelagens de públicos para ações de relacionamento e CRM;
  • Conduzir estudos e mensuração de campanhas e disparos de comunicação; Realizar modelagem de casos, troca e enriquecimento de bases de dados;
  • Atuar em parceria com o time de CRM, propondo melhorias e novas estratégias a partir das análises realizadas;
  • Consultar, manipular e tratar dados utilizando SQL;
  • Desenvolver e manter dashboards e relatórios gerenciais para suporte à tomada de decisão;
  • Apoiar na definição e acompanhamento de KPIs e indicadores de CRM e Marketing;
  • Traduzir necessidades de negócio em análises e soluções orientadas por dados.

Requisitos

  • Experiência prática com desenvolvimento de modelos preditivos do início ao fim.
  • Experiência sólida com CRM Analytics, Marketing Analytics ou Customer Analytics;
  • Vivência com análise de campanhas, segmentação e comportamento de clientes;
  • Habilidade de manipular dados e desenvolver análises de dados com SQL e Python;
  • Experiência com construção de dashboards e relatórios gerenciais;
  • Conhecimento em Power BI e/ou Tableau;
  • Capacidade analítica e perfil consultivo para interação com áreas de negócio;
  • Experiência na interpretação e tradução de requisitos analíticos;
  • Formação completa em: Estatística, Engenharias, Matemática, Ciência de Dados e outras áreas correlatas.

  • Conhecimento em modelagem de dados;
  • Vivência em estratégias de CRM, relacionamento e personalização de campanhas;
  • Conhecimento em métricas de performance de Marketing e CRM;
