Principais atividades:

  • Responsável pelos processos de recrutamento e seleção de vagas operacionais e integração de novos colaboradores.
  • Realizar pesquisas de clima organizacional, análise de resultados e elaboração de planos de ação para melhoria do ambiente de trabalho.
  • Apoiar os processos de avaliação de desempenho, elaboração e acompanhamento de Planos de Desenvolvimento Individual (PDI).
  • Contribuir para o levantamento de necessidades e organização de treinamentos e ações de desenvolvimento dos colaboradores.
  • Apoiar iniciativas de engajamento, comunicação interna, cultura organizacional e desenvolvimento de pessoas.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de RH, organizar documentos e manter atualizados os registros relacionados aos processos de Gestão de Pessoas.
  • Atender e orientar colaboradores sobre políticas, procedimentos e práticas de Recursos Humanos.
  • Participar de projetos e iniciativas de melhoria dos processos e políticas de Gestão de Pessoas.
  • Executar outras atividades correlatas, conforme orientação do superior imediato.

Requisitos Necessários:

  • Graduação completa ou cursando em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência com Recrutamento de vagas operacionais;
  • Experiência com Avaliação de Desempenho, PDI e treinamento;
  • Experiência com a plataforma Solides;
  • Pacote Office – Excel Intermediário
