Sobre a oportunidade Buscamos um(a) Gestor(a) de PCP com sólida experiência em Planejamento e Controle da Produção, capacidade de liderança e visão estratégica para coordenar processos de PCP, Compras e Logística, garantindo o alinhamento operacional, o cumprimento dos prazos e a eficiência dos processos.

Principais responsabilidades • Gerenciar as atividades de Planejamento e Controle da Produção (PCP); • Dominar e utilizar ferramentas de programação e controle da produção; • Coordenar as atividades e os processos das áreas de Compras e Logística; • Realizar contatos comerciais e negociações com clientes e fornecedores; • Negociar prazos de entrega, condições comerciais e prioridades dos pedidos; • Acompanhar o cumprimento dos prazos e garantir o alinhamento entre as áreas envolvidas; • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho e propor melhorias nos processos; • Atuar na resolução de problemas relacionados ao planejamento, à produção, às compras e à logística; • Promover a comunicação e a integração entre os setores envolvidos na operação.

Requisitos • Formação em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Logística ou áreas correlatas; • Experiência mínima de 5 anos na função de Gestor de PCP; • Sólida experiência em Planejamento e Controle da Produção; • Domínio de ferramentas de programação e controle da produção; • Experiência na coordenação de equipes de Compras e Logística; • Experiência em negociações com clientes e fornecedores; • Inglês avançado ou fluente; • Conhecimento em Pacote Office, principalmente Excel.

Perfil desejado Profissional com liderança, visão analítica, organização e capacidade de tomada de decisão. Deve apresentar boa comunicação, habilidade de negociação, foco em resultados e capacidade de integrar diferentes áreas para otimizar processos e garantir o cumprimento das metas operacionais.
