What You’ll Do

  • Get to know each guest’s needs, preferences, and budget to help them find the right new or used vehicle.
  • Lead test drives and explain vehicle features and technology in a clear, helpful way.
  • Partner with sales managers and the finance team to guide guests through the purchase process.
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery, review key features, and create an exceptional buying experience.
  • Follow up after the sale to answer questions, ensure satisfaction, and earn repeat and referral business.

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • A positive, professional attitude and a commitment to treating people with respect.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet required motor vehicle record standards.
  • A willingness to learn, work toward goals, and grow your career.
  • The ability to work onsite and collaborate with your teammates.

Preferred:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or automotive sales.

New to automotive sales? We’ll train the right person.

Compensation

Build your skills with income support during training, then transition to commission-based earnings tied to your sales performance.

  • First 60 days of training: $ 3,000-per-month commission guarantee.
  • After the first 60 days: 100% commission-based compensation with a $2,000 monthly draw against commissions.
