Au sein de notre boutique Flagship place Vendôme, vous aurez pour missions de :

Développer les ventes : Accueillir une clientèle diversifiée, en adaptant votre approche à leurs spécificités culturelles. Mettre en œuvre la stratégie de vente en tenant compte du profil du client. Identifier et susciter les besoins, en proposant les produits adaptés. Créer un intérêt immédiat pour la marque et incarner son univers. Gérer les éventuels litiges et les challenges commerciaux.

Développer et fidéliser la clientèle : Constituer et enrichir un fichier clients. Personnaliser la relation client par des attentions spécifiques (invitations, conseils culturels, etc.).

Prospecter activement : Développer un réseau de prescripteurs en dehors de la boutique (ambassades, hôtels de luxe, etc.).

CORRESPONDEZ-VOUS AU PROFIL ?

Vous possédez idéalement une formation supérieure axée sur la connaissance des marchés internationaux et impérativement une première expérience dans le secteur de la vente de produits d'horlogerie et/ou joaillerie.

Vous êtes capable de construire un argumentaire de vente qui allie le récit (storytelling) et la technicité, et de l'adapter à différents types de clientèle (connaisseurs, collectionneurs, touristes, etc.).

L'anglais courant est obligatoire, et la maîtrise d'une troisième langue serait un avantage.

Les atouts pour ce poste : esprit d'équipe, excellent relationnel, disponibilité, attitude proactive et excellente présentation.
