HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a 6-month intern in our Hospitality department at the heart of our Bellevue campus, you will join a dynamic team and work on a wide range of tasks and projects.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate the organization of on site events, and off site.
  • Support the development of animations and participate in the social life of the company
  • Manage reporting, administrative support and data as requested
  • Be involved in various activities in collaboration with your team members and the department
  • Provide input and be part of the vision of the department's activities

  • You are comfortable working in teams but can also manage to work on your own
  • You enjoy interacting with different partners within an organization
  • You are personable and have an excellent team spirit
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms
  • You have a curious mind and can think out of the box
  • You work in a organized and well-structured way
  • You want to develop administrative skills and bring new ideas
  • You are fluent in French and English, any additional language is a plus
  • Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
  • You are available for a 6-month internship starting on 05.01.2027
