VOTRE MISSION:

Au sein de l’équipe HQ Maintenance, vous allez piloter, coordonner et optimiser l'ensemble des activités de maintenance du site (préventive et curative), superviser l'équipe technique et les intervenants externes, tout en apportant votre expertise aux différents projets d'infrastructure du site.

COMMENT AUREZ-VOUS UN IMPACT?

  • Management & Coordination opérationnelle : Encadrer et répartir au quotidien la charge de travail de l'équipe de maintenance, en favorisant une communication transparente du terrain vers le management.
  • Maintenance Préventive & Curative : Établir et exécuter le plan de maintenance des installations techniques (CVCSE), des locaux et des espaces extérieurs (parkings, allées, espaces verts), tout en gérant et priorisant les tickets d'intervention afin de garantir un confort optimal.
  • Pilotage des Prestataires & Approvisionnements : Superviser les interventions des prestataires externes, valider la conformité des prestations, effectuer la réception des travaux et gérer les approvisionnements et matériels.
  • Outils FM & Budgets : Déployer et enrichir le suivi des travaux d'entretien via les outils GMAO et BIM, consolider les budgets de fonctionnement (OPEX) et établir les plannings prévisionnels d'entretien.
  • Projets Site & Infra (Phase Étude & Travaux) : Analyser les avant-projets pour intégrer les exigences de maintenabilité dès la phase d'étude, et assurer le suivi logistique, opérationnel et sécuritaire des chantiers en minimisant l'impact sur l'activité du siège.
  • HSE & Performance Énergétique : Assurer la conformité des interventions en collaboration avec les équipes HSE/Sécurité et participer activement au suivi de la performance énergétique et environnementale du site.

QUELLES SONT LES CLES DE VOTRE REUSSITE AU SEIN DE NOTRE GROUPE?

  • Formation : Diplôme CFC, HES, Technicien ou Ingénieur spécialisé en Maintenance du Bâtiment ou CVC (Chauffage, Ventilation, Climatisation, Sanitaire, Électricité).
  • Expérience : Au minimum 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle confirmée en Facility Management ou en gestion technique de bâtiment (CVCSE).
  • Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise avancée d'une GMAO, pratique/sensibilité aux maquettes numérisées (BIM), maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (notamment Excel avancé) et solides connaissances en efficacité énergétique.
  • Langues : Maîtrise parfaite du français (niveau C1/C2 oral et écrit) ; Anglais opérationnel (niveau B1 minimum).
  • Qualités Personnelles & Soft Skills : Leadership affirmé, esprit d'équipe, rigueur, autonomie, excellente gestion des priorités, pragmatisme, polyvalence et capacités de communication adaptées à des interlocuteurs variés.
