Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgewiesener Berufs\- und Branchenerfahrung.

Das erwartet dich

Du berätst unsere Kunden telefonisch, schriftlich und persönlich, erstellst Kalkulationen und wickelst Aufträge von der Erfassung bis zur Verrechnung selbstständig ab. Dank deiner kaufmännischen Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung und idealerweise deiner Erfahrung in der Werbetechnik oder Druckbranche bringst du das nötige Knowhow mit. Du koordinierst Aufträge selbstständig, behältst die Produktionsprozesse im Blick, überwachst Termine und bearbeitest Reklamationen lösungsorientiert.

Dein Profil

Wir wenden uns an eine zuverlässige, belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägtem organisatorischem Talent. Du beherrschst die MS\-Office\-Programme und kennst dich idealerweise bereits mit branchenüblichen ERP\-Systemen aus.

Im direkten Kundenkontakt überzeugst du mit sehr guten mündlichen und schriftlichen Deutschkenntnissen. Routine im Umgang mit Materialien und Produktionsschritten ist eine zentrale Voraussetzung für diese Aufgabe.
