Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Marken in deinem Verkaufsgebiet sichtbar, erfolgreich und nachhaltig wachsen. In dieser Rolle verbindest du eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten im Markt mit einer konsequenten Umsetzung unserer Verkaufs- und Marketingstrategien und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Schweizer Geschäfts bei.

Deine Mission:

  • Du betreust eigenständig dein Verkaufsgebiet und stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte bei unseren Kunden optimal platziert werden.
  • Du baust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen gezielt aus und gewinnst neue Kunden für unsere Marken.
  • Du setzt Marketing- und Verkaufsaktivitäten konsequent im Markt um und erkennst Trends sowie neue Chancen frühzeitig.
  • Du beobachtest Entwicklungen im Markt und leitest daraus Massnahmen zur Stärkung unserer Marktposition ab.
  • Du betreust ein vielfältiges Kundenportfolio (Grosshandel, Filialen des Lebensmittel-Einzelhandels, Warenhäuser, Kioske, Tankstellen, Apotheken und Bäckereien).
  • Du vertrittst unsere Marken an Messen, Ausstellungen und Veranstaltungen unserer Handelspartner.
  • Du nimmst aktiv an regionalen und nationalen Verkaufsanlässen teil und bringst dich ins Team ein.
  • Du übernimmst bei Bedarf zusätzliche Aufgaben und unterstützt andere Verkaufsgebiete.

Du bist gerne im Markt unterwegs, handelst eigenverantwortlich und verstehst es, Kundenbeziehungen nachhaltig aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln. Dabei überzeugst du durch deine Hands-on-Mentalität, Flexibilität und dein Gespür für Chancen im Verkauf.

Dafür bringst du folgendes mit:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Fokus oder Weiterbildung im Vertrieb
  • Mind. 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Aussendienst, idealerweise in der Lebensmittel- oder FMCG-Branche
  • Starke Überzeugungskraft sowie eine kreative, flexible und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und die Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen schnell und pragmatisch zu treffen
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Niveau) sowie gute Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Hohe Mobilitätsbereitschaft innerhalb der Region Bern/Mittelland
  • Gültiger Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Gute IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools
  • Wohnhaft in der Region Bern/Mittelland
