  • Sharp Eye for Detail: High accuracy in catalog lookup, inventory entries, order tracking, and account management.
  • Strong Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to keep team members, technicians, and customers synchronized.
  • Driven & Adaptable: A natural sense of urgency, strong multitasking abilities, and a willingness to assist across dealership operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in parts retail or counter sales (dealership environment strongly preferred).
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software preferred (e.g., Lightspeed, CDK).
  • Education & Background: High School Diploma or equivalent; prior background in warehouse operations, shipping/logistics, or parts distribution is a plus.
  • Physical & Environmental Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and lift or move up to 50 lbs throughout the workday.
  • Vehicle Handling: Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver powersports vehicles (including ATVs weighing up to 850 lbs) in active dealership, showroom, and warehouse areas.
  • Dynamic Environment & Safety Awareness: Ability to safely navigate active dealership premises, showrooms, parts warehouses, and vehicle lots while maintaining continuous situational awareness around foot traffic, moving equipment, and engine noise.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
