Die Ridoma AG – gegründet 1989, mit Sitz in Reinach BL, bietet professionelle Dienstleistungen im Immobilienbereich an. Unsere Kernkompetenz liegt in der Bewirtschaftung von Mietliegenschaften. Als unabhängiges und spezialisiertes Unternehmen ist es das Ziel der Ridoma AG, unsere Kunden in Immobilienfragen umfassend zu beraten.

In unserem dreiköpfigen Buchhaltungs\-Team ist nach Vereinbarung eine Stelle neu zu besetzen, als

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständiges führen der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung Ihres Immobilienportefeuilles
  • Erstellen von Liegenschaftsabschlüssen für Mietliegenschaften
  • Erstellen von \- und Betriebskostenabrechnungen
  • Bearbeiten von ein\- und ausgehenden Zahlungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Inkasso\- und Mahnwesen
  • Beantwortung von Mieter\- und Eigentümeranfragen
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Sie haben eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung und/oder fundierte Kenntnisse in Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung
  • Sie haben ein sicheres, angenehmes und gepflegtes Auftreten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit Eigentümern und Mietern
  • Sie denken und handeln unternehmerisch, proaktiv und verantwortungsbewusst
  • Idealalter zwischen 35\-45 Jahren
